Of course. We have no problems at all if you want to operate your server as a game server. In fact, it's not a bad idea, as our network was just selected by Valve Software (makers of Half-Life & Half-Life 2) for Steam, their online gaming network.

Yes. All of our services include full root access to your server.
We will monitor the services of your server for free 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If there are any problems you will automatically be notified via email or pager.
To determine the cost of colocating a non-rackmount server, we need to know the server's specific dimensions. If you send us the dimensions of the server, our sales department will generate a custom quote for you.
We can install any Open Source operating system that you'd like. Just let your account representative know during the ordering process, and we'll take it from there.
If you exceed your quota you will be charged for the next level of bandwidth ($1 per 1 GB block).
We sample the ethernet port on the switch every five minutes to determine how much data your machine is moving. We measure both incoming and outgoing traffic.
There are no upgrade fees. You will be charged for bandwidth as you use it. Your site will never be turned off, or blocked, unless you request us to.
Additional IP addresses are sold in blocks of 8 addresses, and each block costs $15/month.
Yes. For dedicated servers we will purchase and install the hardware for you. The cost will be only an increased monthly fee. For colocation, you provide the hardware, and the cost is only the labor for the installation.
Yes. If you would like, we can handle all of the DNS service for your domains. If you would like a specific reverse lookup, we can configure that as well.
Yes. If you would like to run the primary DNS, we will happily set up secondary DNS.
Yes. If you want to configure your server to operate the DNS for your domains, that is no problem at all.

While we don't openly flaunt our customer's identities, we are allowed to say that we host Capsugel's servers (Capsugel is a division of Pfizer, a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company), as servers for divisions of Comcast, Qwest, and DirecTV. Though 90% of our business comes from making regular customers happy with the service. It's nice that big names trust us, but even more important that regular folks trust us too.

We don't typically provide managed hosting, but if you would like us to manage your server for you please contact us, and our sales staff will get you a quote.
